-每個月購買廁所廚房用品 (沐浴露, 洗发水, 洗手液, 卫生纸, 牙膏, 洗衣粉, 垃圾袋)
已经包含每个月网费，及每月港币1000元电费,水费,气费
一次性租金已经包含所有费用（物业管理，手续费，清洁费，网费，水费，电费，洗手间用品，饮料等等) 。用电比较多的，超过每月1000的需要给多了的电费。

WHY YOUR FLATS INCLUDE ELECTRICITY AND OTHER THINGS
Answer: We insist of one price the rent includes everything like electricity, internet, water and even bed linens, toilet papers etc. We understand how stressful when moving to a new city and how annoying to prepare the tedious stuff like toilet papers, pillow and even tooth brush in a new city, and we understand these kind of expenses is repeating every month which is quite annoying and may cause argument. So we will prepare everything before your arrival so that there will be no problem for you when you land Hong Kong in the mid-night and even moving in at 2am; and we will handle all the tedious bills for you at the backend, arranging cleaning in a regular basis, so you could enjoy your time in Hong Kong!
Although the one price includes everything’s price looks a bit higher than the market and affecting our selling procedures, we insist on this because this may involve your real final expenses for your budget forecasting every month, and so do we insist common area in every flat, not to maximise the residents number by turning common area into extra bedroom to make living a better experience, hong kong is so small already and hong kong flats are so small already 🙂
