Advices on public air / ground transportation to Hong Kong (17 Apr 2020 update):
1. Select direct flight
2. Select Unpopular port or time slot (Like mid-night)
3. Wear as many PPEs (N95 mask, goggles, hand gloves, face shields, one-off clothes) as possible
4. Change PPEs after arriving HK airport or port, at a safe place (assume the transportation is a contaminated environment already)
5. Avoid eat / drink / washroom in the aeroplane / train or in the airport / train station
6. Avoid contacting a lot of people even with no quarantine order in the transportation or after coming back HK for 14 days still, virus is invisible
7. Have alcoholic hand sanitiser always with you in your pocket, and apply it after touching anything, even if you have hand gloves
8. Never touch your face and frequently touch your phone or stuff
9. Stay alert all the time
About Masks Supply in Hong Kong (11 March 2020 update):
The Masks are back in stock in Hong Kong recent days, we suggest every resident to buy and stock up 150 per persons.
Reasons: the current big lots arrived in Hong Kong are from all over the world which the coronavirus outbreak was only in Asia before, so Hong Kong buyers could buy masks all over the world and deliver to Hong Kong, the current big lots; but the epidemic outbreaks are including many countries now in Asia, Middle East, Europe, masks will be limited in the future months.
Suggestions: Buy 150 masks per person and some hand sanitizers
Basic: Surgical Mask
Advanced: N95 Respirator or Gas Mask Respirator and a few toxic filters (one toxic filter can be used for 2 weeks)

1.回家後洗手
2.室內/室外盡可能多戴口罩
3.不要分享食物，例如 Hotpot。
4.飯後洗碗保持家庭清潔，每天扔掉垃圾
5.出現症狀時應立即諮詢醫生
6.當我們的清潔女工進行清潔時，進入臥室
7.如果您看到公寓中有非居民，我們建議您立即採取行動,撥打999向政府或警察報告
8.沖廁所時蓋上蓋子
9.定期向所有排污系統（包括地面排污）倒水 (every week)

1.避免去中國，留在香港

In response to the outbreak of the china coronavirus in Hong Kong, we have implemented the followings:
1. All of our staff (including cleaning lady) will wear masks and hand gloves
2. will buy masks and hand washing alcohol gel at home
3. If you can’t buy masks, please contact us, we have some spare.
What to do in the flats for residents:
1. Wash hands when you back home
2. Wear masks as often as possible, indoor / outdoor
3. Don’t share foods, like hotspot.
4. Keep the home clean like wash dishes after eating, throw trash away everyday
5. Consult doctor IMMEDIATELY when you have the symptoms
6. Go in the bedroom when the cleaning in progress by our cleaning lady
7. Report to Police when you see non-resident or non-staff in the flat
8. Close the lid when you flush the toilet
9. pour water regularly at all sewage system, including ground sewage (every week)
10. Don’t touch your head
11. Case showed that water tap tested positive for virus, so be caution when you turn off the tap, same theory applies for desk, handle, keyboard, mouse, mobile phone etc
What our residents can do outside the flat:
1. Avoid to go China, stay Hong Kong
2. Avoid dense area or dense mass transportation
3. Don’t share foods, like hotspot.
4. Use the less popular border control when you come back Hong Kong
5. Don’t touch your head
