“ It's been a great time to stay in this accommodation! This place is quiet and clean, and suitable for one person to live in one room. The landlord is great, responding messages immediately and kindly. Transportation is convenient, MTR is just a 5-min walk away and you can enjoy local breakfast or fast food in 7-11 just a few walks after getting down stairs. However, I remind China mainland visitors to bring a charge converter, because no converters have been found there.”

“ Nearest MTR station can be walkable, if 15 mins walk is ok with you. The night market is the nearest place of interest for tourist. We booked the whole apartment, we had more than enough beds. The bedsheets were new. The kitchen and bath are not so spacious which I think is normal in HK. Space is something that was an issue with my 3yr old daughter because she likes to walk around alot. Elevator is also small, but since it is only on the 2/F my cousins took the stairs since not everybody can fit in. WiFi connection inside the unit is pretty reliable.”

“ 公寓位置非常好找、且离机场近,虽然处在繁华地区但隔音很棒、屋内相当安静,也很安全。公寓真的相当干净、整洁。 首先,值得一提的是,这间公寓有着非常好的地理位置,出门步行不出半分钟便能进入油麻地地铁站,同时门口还有直达铜锣湾地区的公交,在这段期间,优秀的地理位置实在为我们节省了不少路途上会用到的繁琐时间;而且,公寓还离红磡火车站不远,也方便内陆想要搭乘城际直通车的朋友。楼下有肯德基、味千拉面,街对面有海底捞火锅,便利店、早餐店等等也一应俱全。”

“ 因为位于旺角所以楼下很热闹人流量也多，周边什么都有，买东西（无论买菜买日常用品还是shopping那种）、坐地铁（两条线都可以）、坐大巴都非常方便，住久了回大陆可能会连小区超市都觉得远。 家具电器之类的基本上都有，可以省很多麻烦，房东也很好，有什么问题基本在群里一说都会帮忙解决。总的来说来香港一年在租房这方面还是挺顺利的，感谢！”

“ The best part in the house is Location. 1. Wan Chai Station is 4 minutes walk. 2. Welcome Shopping area for groceries is 3 minutes walk. 3. Tram stop is 1 minute walk. 4. Bus Stop for Airport and other places 2 minutes walk. 5. Hong Kong Convention Center is 10 minutes Sky Walk. 6. Khana Khazana Indian Vegetarian restaurant is 3 minutes walk. There is another restaurant - Masala Train, close by, but I have not explored it. Boston Restaurant is just at the ground level. There are number of Chinese dinning options all around.”

“ Excellent location in the heart of Wanchai. Local shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket etc. Right next to a tram stop, a few minutes from the MTR and 5 minute walk to the A11 Airport bus. Right next to a sports ground which is in use late at night, but no noise or inconvenience. The sports ground is actually a nice place to sit outdoors in the shade when planning the day's activities. Grab a coffee and sourdough egg tart from the bakehouse first! The accommodation is compact, but for four of us it was no issue. Kitchen is small, but we only used it for breakfast, the shower and bathroom were fine. Bedrooms were compact and the beds were very comfortable and aircon worked efficiently and relatively quiet. The washing machine was great.”
