租约完结 End of Tenancy

1. 通知房東

通常在租賃的最後一天之前需要給房東一個月的通知,但通知期限肯定需要檢查自己的租賃協議。

2.交房状态

即租約之前房東交給你的状态,通常需要同样的状态交回房東的;其中包括清洁條件,和如果在牆上有鑽的洞,洞需要恢復 (補孔,並用類似/相同顏色的牆面漆涂在牆上)

3.水/電/煤氣押金

敬請致電:

他們會問你的終止日期,登记人的香港身份證号码和登记人姓名的銀行賬戶,他们回安排終止和存押金回在登记人的名字在香港銀行賬戶。

3.租房押金

租房押金通常在业主收了房子钥匙的时候退给租客 (租客之后不可以在进入房子)

 

1.Informing or Noticing Landlord

Normally will need one month notice for the landlord before the last day of the tenancy, but the noticing period for sure need to check your own tenancy agreement.

2.Apartment Conditions

Usually will need to give the apartment back to the landlord at the condition that the landlord handed to you before the tenancy agreement, which includes the cleaning condition and if there is holes drilling on the wall, the holes will need to be restored (fill the holes and paint the area with the similar / the same colour of the wall)

3.Water / Electricity / Towngas Deposit

They will ask your termination date, HKID no. and bank account, to arrange the termination and deposit the deposit back into a bank account in HK under your name.
