31/40楼高层单位，400平方尺（实用），两房一厅，独立厨房，独立卫生间，风水好，有海景，床边大窗夜景，4楼有会所，健身房，泳池。室友（男），人超好随性，每月只回来睡几天（但是照样付一半房租还不跟你抢厕所），其他时间，整个房子基本上都是属于你的。没有养宠物，老实说，我也不舍得，因生活所需搬走，已经住了2年多了。

随时可以入住

房租租约到2020年6月，可以继续续租，业主人好说话，说不加租就不加（因为一直以来我们都没拖欠过租金）。
